How to start
To add your services to the system for booking online customer appontments, you need to add your company (service provider). To do this, go through authorization or registration on the site and go to your personal page «My Page» in the main menu.
In the «My Companies» section, you can find a list of all the companies you have created and the services offered to clients. Click «Add» to go to the form for adding a new company.
1. Company name. The company name is publicly available to all users. With the help of the company name, the client will be able to easily find you using the quick search system.
2. Categories of services provided. Choose the most appropriate category for your services. It is important to note that if a suitable category was not found by you, you can always contact the support team and the category will be added as soon as possible.
The categories of services provided are selected in two stages: the first is a global category of the services provided and the second is a more precise category with which the client can find the specialist in need.
3. Company contacts. Company contacts are mandatory and publicly available for the customer to contact the seller and, if necessary, clarify the details of the appointment. You can add your company website or Instagram page.
4. Company location. The address of the company is obligatory, because the client will need to come to the appointment within the agreed time. The system automatically recognizes the exact location (longitude and latitude) at the address of the company you specified, if this did not happen, you will be offered a map of the world where you can put a «point» of the exact location of your company to clarify its location. In the future, you can change the location of the company using the company settings.
5. Additional information. In the additional information, you can specify general information about the specialization of your company.
